Due to the hygienic nature of our products and industry standards:

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or hair bundles.

  • This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of the products we ship.

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, please email us at poshtrio25@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) received

  • A brief description of the issue
