Thank you for shopping with us. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and offer the following refund and replacement policy:
1. Damaged Items
- Full Refund or Replacement: Offered for items that arrive badly damaged. Please provide photos or, if necessary, a video demonstrating the damage.
- Partial Refund or Replacement: Available for items with partial damage (excluding minor issues like loose thread, slight wrinkles, or small scratches).
- Fragile Products: We highly recommend opting for a refund to ensure satisfaction.
2. Delivery Delays
- Orders lacking tracking information or showing as in transit, pending, or expired are eligible for review.
- For international shipments: Eligible after 60 days since departure.
- For shipments within the USA: Eligible after 45 days since departure.
- If the package is not received, a non-delivery certificate with an official seal from the local post office is required.
3. Incorrect or Misleading Products
- Full Refund or Replacement: For completely incorrect products.
- Refund or Resend: For orders with incorrect color or size that do not affect the product function. Proof of the client’s complaint including name, content, and date is required.
- Parts Missing:
- If the missing parts do not affect functionality, we may offer a partial refund or resend the missing part.
- If functionality is affected, we will resend the product.
- Accessories: Will be resent if missing.
4. Packaging Issues
- No refunds for damaged packaging due to the long-distance nature of international delivery.
5. Order Cancellations
- Full refunds are offered for cancellations made before warehouse processing begins.
- Note: Personalized orders (POD) cannot be canceled post-payment as they are customized.

- For electronic and general products, complaints or disputes must be opened within 30 days of delivery.
