At Posh Trio Beauty, each order is carefully prepared and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the hygienic nature of our hair and beauty products, all sales are considered final.
Final Sale Policy
All wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, lip products, beauty products, and press-on nails are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any beauty or hair products once an order has been processed or shipped.
Product Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect all items immediately upon delivery before use or installation. Products that have been worn, installed, altered, brushed, washed, opened, or otherwise handled beyond initial inspection are not eligible for review.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is a product issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos for review.
Approved Claims
If an issue is reviewed and approved by our team, Posh Trio Beauty may offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only in rare approved circumstances.
Return Shipping
If a return is authorized due to a confirmed issue or fulfillment error, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Posh Trio Beauty is not responsible for lost return packages.
