Return Policy

At Posh Trio, each product is carefully selected and inspected prior to shipment. Due to the hygienic nature of hair products and industry standards, we maintain a strict but fair return policy.

Final Sale

All wigs and hair bundle sets are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on hair products once an order has been processed or shipped. This includes items that have been worn, installed, altered, washed, or handled beyond initial inspection.

Inspection and Issue Reporting

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, you must submit a contact request within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos for review.

Approved Issues

If an issue is reviewed and approved, Posh Trio may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not issued for hair products under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized due to a confirmed error or defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Posh Trio is not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
