Delivery times vary based on your location:

  • Canada, Europe, Africa: 10–15 business days after processing

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to customs processing and other factors.


📦 Split Shipments

To ensure timely delivery, your order may arrive in two separate packages:

  1. Hair Products: Shipped directly from our trusted vendor.

  2. The Posh Box: Includes Lashes, stocking cap, face mask, lip kit combo and mystery gift shipped separately.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment as they are dispatched.


💸 Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply:

  • United States: Orders under $800 are typically duty-free.

  • Canada, Europe, Africa: Import duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update.


🧾 Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
