Posh Trio Beauty Local Pickup Guidelines
We are proud to offer convenient local pickup options for our clients in the Spring, Conroe, and The Woodlands, Texas areas. To ensure a smooth, secure, and fast transaction for everyone, please review our official pickup rules before completing your checkout.

1. How to Secure Local Pricing
  • To bypass standard online shipping fees and secure the local pickup rate, you must enter the discount code LOCAL at checkout.
  • This code automatically removes the shipping charge, flags your order for pickup, and prevents fulfillment via mail.
  • Note: Discount codes cannot be combined. You must choose either local pickup or our online welcome code.

2. Order Processing & Verification
  • Wigs: Because every wig is individually hand-customized (knots bleached, hairline plucked, and lace pre-cut), please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your unit is ready.
  • Bundles & Beauty Essentials: Standard processing takes 24–48 hours.
  • You will receive an official text message or email notification the moment your order is completely ready for pickup.

3. Meeting Locations & Schedule
  • For mutual safety, all pickups are conducted strictly in well-lit, public commercial parking lots within the Spring, TX area.
  • Specific meeting location addresses and available time slots will be coordinated directly via text message once your order is marked ready.
  • Pickups must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. We do not accommodate immediate, same-day pop-up meetings.

4. Payment & ID Requirements
  • All orders must be paid for completely through our website storefront prior to meeting. We do not accept cash on delivery.
  • To protect against fraudulent transactions, you must present a valid government-issued ID matching the name on the order at the time of pickup.
  • You will be asked to sign a digital pickup confirmation on-site to verify that you received your items in perfect condition.

5. Holding Policy & Cancellations
  • We will hold your paid order for a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date your readiness notification is sent.
  • If you fail to coordinate a pickup or miss your scheduled meeting within those 7 days, your order will be cancelled. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the customization labor and time invested.
